Ruffled Centerpieces

How cute is this little ruffled tower centerpiece? It would be the perfect piece to add to a sweets table for a birthday party, wedding or other event. You could also use it as an inexpensive centerpiece for tables at a party.

The structure is made from styrofoam "trees" and then covered with cupcake liners. The result is whimsical and pretty.
